- Hi, I'm Jeremy Clark, professional hairstylist and salon owner. And we are going to talk about the best deep conditioners for hair. You want to look for a conditioner that has natural ingredients. Fruit oils are good. Nut oils are good. Citrus extracts, B-vitamins, anything that's going to nourish and replenish the hair and to help keep it moist. A great choice is the Garnier Fructis Moisture Works Conditioner because it has citrus acid and B-vitamins in the hair. So it's really moisturizing. So if you are using a good moisturizing conditioner you may want to follow it with an oil treatment once or twice a month not too often. But what happens is the oil treatment will actually coat the shaft of the hair and help keep that moisture inside the hair. Natural oils like avocado, linseed, and argon oil will help seal in that moisture and keep it in the hair shaft. You might also want to look for a deep conditioning mask that has protein in it. Wheat protein is good for adding some strength to the hair and you only want to do that about once a month. So if you are on a good regimen of daily, weekly, and monthly treatments for your hair, your hair should be really soft and supple, and shiny. It should have tons of life to it. That's some information on the best deep conditioning treatments for your hair. I'm Jeremy Clark, thanks for watching.
