- Hi I'm Jhizet Panosian, celebrity makeup artist and today we're going to talk about makeup that won't clog your pores. Cream and liquid products generally can clog up your pores over time. I've recently really loved using mineral foundations, mineral concealers and mineral blushes. They really allow your skin to breathe through the product and really radiate with a velvety finish. So for Katie today we're going to be using a mineral concealer to brighten up a little bit under her eyes and take away a little bit of the redness around her nose. And today I'm going to be using L'Oreal's True Match Natural Mineral Concealer. This product actually comes with a brush of its own but I'm not going to use that today. I'm just going to take the brush off. You can definitely use that. It's a flat concealer brush. I'm going to tap a little bit of the product into the lid, a little goes a long way and I'm going to take a flat concealer brush that's with synthetic fibers and I'm going to just roll the product into the lid, tap off the excess and just go right under her eye and just place the product and what you want to do is just place the product right onto the skin. You don't want to brush it away because then you're getting rid of the product. You just want to place it right on and you can use your ring finger to sort of blend the color in. The oils of your skin really help blend it onto the skin and just do the same right around the entire under eye area. A lot of people tend to get really red around the nose and that's usually sometimes the only place you need concealer is around the nose and under the eye and just blend with your four fingers and you can see she has a pretty even skin tone. There is just a few little red blemishes that you can use the concealer, just to dab on a little bit and with mineral foundations and concealers you can really build the product without having it look too cakey. And there you go she has an even nice skin tone without a lot of makeup and that's really what mineral foundations and concealers can do, won't clog your pores, really light on the skin with a nice velvety finish. And that's how you use makeup that won't clog your pores. I'm Jhizet Panosian and thanks for watching.
