- Hi, I'm Jhizet Panosian, celebrity makeup artist, and today I'm going to be giving you some makeup tips on how to get a sun kissed glow. When applying makeup in the Summer it's really important to keep your skin very hydrated so your natural radiance can really shine through. What you want to do is use very minimal product with hints of shimmer to really catch the sunlight and really give your skin a radiant glow. I'm going to give Katie a really nice natural glow using an apricot blush and really adding some highlight to her cheekbones as well as a little bit of shimmer to her eyes to really catch the sunlight. We're going to use a light liquid highlighter to really highlight the high points on her face and use a little bit of a shimmer eye shadow to really brighten up her eyes. Today, I'm going to be using L'Oreal's True Match Super Blendable Blush in Innocent Blush. To start on her cheeks I'm going to use a medium size fluffy brush with a little bit of a flat tip. What you want to do is just load up the product, tap off the excess. To really get the apples of the cheeks you can just smile and just apply and blend in a circular motion. And you want to start out light and build. You don't want to start out really heavy so you have to wipe off although the foundation we've already applied and Katie's skin has already been prepped with foundation and concealer. So now that I've got her blush on, I'm just going to go through and really highlight the high points of her face. I'm using a liquid highlighter with a synthetic brush with a little bit of a dome shape. You just want to go on the high points of her cheekbones and really blend that in. Make sure you get a little bit on the crease of the eyelashes and you want to get the high points of the brow bone to really bring that into the cheekbone and if you can see, that catches the light really nicely and all you're doing is really mimicking the glow of the sun and really blend that out so you can see how the light really catches that. Next for Katie I'm really going to brighten up her eyes using a very light shimmery eye shadow on just the corners of her eyes. And I'm using a sort of dome shaped small fluffy brush to really get in the crevice of the corner of the eyes and all you're going to do is just apply a little right at the corners of her eyes and work outward and you can work up and out. And that will really brighten up her eyes and really bring in a radiance. Next I'm going to use a little apricot shimmery lip gloss at the center of her lips to really just give her a nice shimmer and voluminous lips. And my final step to give her an all over glow I'm going to add a little bit of body lotion and I'm going to add a little bit of a body bronzer with the lotion. Now what you want to do is mix that in really well and this I'm going to use on her shoulders, on her arms, on her collarbones, on her decollete because you always want to remember that your decollete and your neck and your arms and shoulders are an extension of your face. So if your face is glowing, you want the rest of your body to glow as well. So by really bringing in the neck, the shoulders, the cheekbones, the eyes and the lips you really get an all over glow for a sun kissed look. And those are some ways of getting an all over glow for the Summer. I'm Jhizet Panosian. Thanks for watching.
