- Hi I'm Jhizet Panosian, celebrity makeup artist and today I'm going to be showing you some tips on how to achieve a natural makeup look. To get a natural fresh look you really want to minimize the amount of products you use. So today we're going to keep it very simple and use just a concealer, a hint of blush and some lip gloss on Katie. On Katie today I'm going to be using L'Oreal's Infallible 16 Hour Concealer. To start off this natural look I'm just going to apply a little bit of concealer underneath her eyes to really brighten up her dark circles and a little bit on some of the imperfections like the little red spots and stuff she has around her face. I'm going to use a small concealer brush with synthetic bristles and load up the product at the ends and really get in under her eye to really minimize the dark circles. Then you want to just work the product through and you can use your finger to blend in a little bit and you always want to start out light and you can build up if you need more coverage. I'm just going to get a little bit on her blemishes. To use a small brush is really important when applying concealer because it allows you control if you're trying to get smaller freckles, smaller blemishes on the skin. It just allows a little bit more control. Now that I've got the concealer on Katie's skin I'm going to go ahead with an apricot blush and really bring out her cheekbones. And remember it's really easy to get the apples of your cheeks if you just smile, just blend out the color. It's just a really nice natural flesh tone so it's a little bit of product and not too overpowering for the look we're going for. In order to make Katie's face pop a little bit more, I'm actually going to go through her lashes and apply one coat of black mascara. And you really just want to get to the root of it, lift the eyelid and really just pull the product through the lash. And you want to turn your brush vertical and just go through and just gently hit the bottom lashes and to finish this look I'm just going to finish with a peachy natural lip gloss and you can use a lip brush to do this or apply it right on with the applicator. And that's how you get a nice natural makeup look with not a lot of product. I'm Jhizet Panosian and thanks for watching.
