- Hi I'm Caile Noble, celebrity hairstylist and today I'm going to show you how to get curly hair if it's gone straight. So as you can see our model's hair has a bit of curl in it but it has flattened out a bit so what we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and spritz her hair down first. Once we spritz her hair down, just to kind of let the curl as you can see right away it starts kind of coming in again but the main ingredient is going to be our product today. Today we're going to use Garnier Fructis Curl Construct Mousse. With your mousse, apply into your hand and just apply starting at the ends, combing it through with your fingers. Once you've got some product in the midst to the ends, you're going to want to go in and get a little bit at the root. Since this is a mousse, it has a tendency to kind of seep through the hair so once you have it on the hands you can just kind of go in and massage it into the scalp. We're just about to go on to our next step which is diffusing the hair but first a little tip would be to stick your hands into the hair and just kind of lift it up not scrunching it but allowing the hair to sponge up a little bit and enhance the curl. So now you're ready to diffuse. With the diffuser you're going to want to place the hair into the diffuser like so and just let it dry naturally. As you can see I placed my hand behind the hair just so that I can get a reference to the heat. If it's overheating, you're ready to go on to the next step. When you want to get into the root, make sure that you get your fingers in there and you can actually lift up the hair and set the diffuser in, doing its work. As you can see, with a little diffusing, the hair is already going back to its natural state. So just continue throughout the hair, diffusing away, getting the hair the curl you desire. The last tip I want to leave you with is to get your hands in there and rough it up a little bit at the base. This is going to get that hair back to its bouncy and full state. And that's how you restore curl after your hair has gone straight. I'm Caile Noble. Thank you for watching.
