- Hi I'm Spencer Barnes, celebrity makeup artist. Today I'm going to give you some secrets on how to get kissable lips. There are so many ways you can freshen your face and color your lips but the last thing a guy wants and I can tell you from experience is a girl that has too much lipstick or gooey sticky lips that feel like honey. You want a lip that's ready to kiss, that's soft and baby fresh. So today I'm going to show you how to do it using Maybelline Baby Lips in Grapevine. So when you're getting ready to prep your lip if you have a little bit of dry skin here's a little trick. You can use a toothbrush to gently brush away any dead skin cells. If you want you can mix a little bit of exfoliator. Just be gentle with your lips and then another secret is at nighttime before you go to sleep, put on a nice hydrating lip balm. These Baby Lips, it's favorite product of mine because it's so hydrating but it gives a little color as well. There's a few different shades. This one is the grapevine. So I'm going to have Kendall apply this product herself, the way you would at home. There's really no artistry to it, give yourself a little color and hydration, making your lip tone perfect and ready for any date or any kiss. As you can see Kendall has applied this and what I love about this product, it gives the lip just a hint of color. It's more than just a lip balm, there's like a hint of color but it doesn't look like there's a product on your lip. So that kissable baby soft lip is really the key.
