Hi, I'm Caile Noble, Celebrity Hairstylist and today, I'm going to talk with you about deep conditioning hair. Now, deep conditioning is different than your regular day to day conditioning. That takes place when you're cleansing your hair on a daily basis, applying your conditioner from midst to the end. Now, a deep conditioning treatment is something that you want to leave on your hair up to a minimum of 20 minutes, after you comb it through. What I'd like to introduce to you today is the Garnier Fructis Moisture Works Conditioner for dry hair. We've already used it on Alina's hair and as you can see it's shiny and it's definitely moisturized. Now, this conditioner has citrus extract and Vitamin B which has been proven to make hair five times stronger and five times smoother. As you can see, we're on our way to doing so. Also, look for products that just contain natural ingredients like oils and minerals. You know, kind of like these Vitamins and extracts that you find here. Even keratin proteins are great. But, be sure that you're using natural products and not petroleum-based which are essentially going to just dry out the hair in the end. So, to recreate what we've done here, be sure to cleanse the hair and apply the product, comb it through and let it sit for a minimum of 20 minutes to 45 minutes. Then, rinse the hair out thoroughly and then continue onto the drying process. Now, you may ask when is the good time to deep condition or do the treatment. The thing to know is that once a week is definitely in the ballpark of where you want to be. As you can see in our model Alina's hair, deep conditioned hair appear shiny, smooth and full of life. It's definitely something that you want to achieve on that one to two times a week. And that's how you deep condition hair. I'm Caile Noble, thank you for watching.
