Hi I'm Kendra Richards professional makeup artist. And today I'm going to show you lipstick that looks best on fair skin. When selecting lipstick for fair skin I take my inspiration from French women who do it best. I'm going to choose a red that's a perfect complement to Catherine's complexion. And to play up the fact that she's wearing a very neutral eye and we are going to make the focus now on the mouth. A powerful beautiful red lipstick. And I'm going to be using L'Absolu Nu in Red Chiffon by Lancome. What I love about this color is that it's got the bluer undertone. This is a very chic wearable color for any skin type. And blue shade reds make your teeth look whiter as well. It's a great little tip to remember if you want to wear a red and you want to make your teeth to look their whitest. Choose something in a blue red. Now this is a little bit sheer but it's definitely leaving color. You get a powerful statement but it's still a very sheer wearable color for daytime or evening. Using a sheer red like this is the perfect initiation into wearing reds. I love reds in red shades like this on women with fair skin. Because essentially if you have fair skin you have more of a blank canvas say then if you've got darker features and you can play up whatever feature you want by adding makeup. And it's so fun to make a bold mouth your statement for the day instead of an eye just for a fun chic change. There you go. This is a beautiful lip for fair skin. I'm Kendra Richards thanks for watching.
