Add some pizazz to a bob hairstyle and curl it up. A short bob can be cut to the ear lobes, cheekbones or jawline.Tight curls or wavy hairstyles help to soften facial features and give a feminine appeal. Take a step into "cuteville" and turn heads with a curly bob hairdo.
It's curls galore. Make a side part and use a 2-inch curling iron to twist small sections of the hair. The smaller sections make a tighter curl. Twist some strands downward and upward to give a curly, undone look. Let those fingers do the walking in your hair, and use the fingertips to separate the curls. Have a curly day in your neighborhood and strut your stuff with this feminine 'do.
Bangs and Wavy Curls
Rock a bang and some wavy curls. Have a bob and long bangs razor cut to give the style some edge. These razored ends form waves when curled. Take a small barrel-sized curling iron and twist the hair downward. Remove the iron and let the hair cool for 10 minutes. Push bangs to the side or on the forehead, and let the wavy curls fall without brushing or using the fingers. Just curl and go.
Have no fear, you don't have to cut your hair. If you always wondered whether you could sport curls and a bob cut, try a faux bob. Curl your hair with a small or medium-sized barrel iron and part it to one side. Brush the hair into a low, loose ponytail, bend the ends under and secure with pins at the nape of the neck. Voila, you've got a fake bob. Who knows? You might want a real one after all.
Take those curls and brush them back. Curl the hair using Velcro rollers. Gently remove the rollers and push the curls back, away from the face with a medium-size round brush. Showcase your cuteness with that hair brushed back, neutral eyeshadow and bold, popping lip color. Enhance the beauty of your hair and that gorgeous face.
