Skinny jeans -- you either love 'em or hate 'em. Gals who love them are often left wondering how in the world to wear them. You've probably heard that only beanpole model-types should attempt to wear these figure-flaunting pants, but that's so not the case. In fact, just about any gal can pull off this look, as long as she dons the correct accessories. Whether you are plus-sized or pear-shaped, you can rock skinny jeans looking bold and cute.
1.
Gals with more to love shouldn't be afraid of flaunting their foxy selves in a pair of skinny jeans, no matter what the salesperson tells you. Chicks with shapely legs, such as those considered pear-shaped and hourglass, look hot wearing skinny jeans, as long as they do so in a way that flatters their figures. For instance, place a pair of platforms on your piggies and you'll instantly lengthen the look of your legs. Additionally, rock a longer shirt that hits just under your hip and a tailored blazer and you've got a look that's not only chic but slimming.`
2.
Apple-shaped gals and those with athletic or thin builds should really take advantage of their skinny legs. Heels or flats look good with the skinny jeans, depending on the style you are going for. Athletic-shaped girls should accentuate their skinny tops with ruffles, frills and flowing shirts. Apple-shaped babes typically have a lot going for them on the top, so they should highlight that in a tasteful way, with Empire-waisted or baby-doll tops that don't show off too much cleavage. Cute belts draw attention to your bottom half and jeans with flapped pockets make lacking booties look bigger.
3.
Layer your look by wearing dresses over your jeans. This chic look complements every body type and looks seriously adorable. Don an A-line dress that sits right above your knee and place a cute pair of skinnies underneath. Pair the jeans with ballet flats or heels and you've got a look that shows off your figure and hides features that some gals aren't happy with, such as the hips and thighs.
Your skinny jeans should hit right at your ankle.
Look for skinny jeans made for your height. For instance, shorter gals should look for petite styles to get a pair that really complements their body types.
