A lingerie party is a super sexy way to have a girl's night out, combining shopping, sipping and sexiness. View the latest and hottest styles of lingerie, often available for purchase, and enjoy light hors d'oeuvres and wine and great girl debauchery. While you want to appear festive for the occasion, you don't want to show too much skin around a large group of people. Choose from several lingerie themes that offer coverage without sacrificing sexy.
Jeans and Corset
Jeans provide coverage around the pesky thigh area, but you can add a sultry appeal with a skinny jean style. Then, go more provocative up top with a sultry corset. This accounts for the lingerie part of your outfit and is devastatingly sexy. A black corset is best for night and you can add touches of color with your accessories; for this theme, a midnight blue or red would be best. Depending on your personal preference, you can go with a simple corset style, or something more elaborate with plenty of bows and ribbons.
Baby Tee and Boy Shorts
Perhaps your lingerie style is something more fun and flirty. You don't want to be wrapped up in a bunch of lace and ribbons; instead, you want to wear something you can really play in. Go with a pair of neon boy shorts and a tight, cropped baby T-shirt. Not only do the shorts provide coverage for your bottom and work more like a pair of short shorts, but the shirt exposes just a teeny bit of skin around the midriff, while covering it up everywhere else.
Chemise
Perhaps you want to wear something that is true-blue lingerie, but you have some problem spots you want to keep covered. A chemise is a baby doll style nightgown that covers you up, but in a super seductive way. You can get really colorful with bright hues, like hot pink or turquoise blue, or wear a pattern such as flowers or hearts. Add some additional sizzle with a pair of knee-high garters and some sizzling stilettos.
Bra Top and Mini Skirt
You don't want to expose your entire body with a bra and panty set, so go with the bra and pair it up with a mini skirt. This outfit still conveys the risque theme of the party, without the need to show off all of your goodies. Opt for your favorite bra top, one that has plenty of visual interest; red and black lace or a more whimsical one that has animal print, rhinestones or graphic designs. Keep it simple on bottom, with a denim mini or a stretchy cotton version.
