Whether you've permed your hair recently and it's feeling a little dry or you've been addicted to the flat iron and your hair is starting to look fried, a grape seed oil treatment can help restore your hair's health. This wonder oil is colorless and lighter than other oils so it doesn't cause buildup. And it's loaded with vitamins, protein and antioxidants. A little grape seed oil on your hair brings moisture, shine and attitude back to your mane.

Fill the bowl with oil and pop it into the microwave.

Heat the oil up for about 30 seconds. You want it to be warm to the touch, not sizzling.

Dip your fingers into the warm oil and apply it to your hair. Lean over a sink so the oil doesn't spill all over your clothes. Work the oil in from root to tip. Give your head a good massage and enjoy it.

Twist your hair up into a bun on top of your head and pull on the shower cap. The shower cap keeps the heat and helps the oil penetrate your hair. Keep the cap on for about 30 minutes.

Jump into the shower and apply shampoo directly to your oily hair, then add a little water to start up a lather. Soap up your hair, then rinse.

Repeat the grape seed oil treatment once a week to keep your mane luscious and full of life.
