Glasses don't have to make you feel like a dweeb. In fact, they can actually make quite the fashion statement. Skip the suspenders and pigtails and rock a really cute, short hairstyle that shows off your face and makes your glasses the center of attention — in a good way. Especially if you have square glasses, keeping your hair short and cute creates more roundness, balancing out your face and giving you a girly, feminine look.

Straight

Straightening your short hair creates an uber-cute style that works for all occasions, whether you're heading out with the girls or want a casual look for school. Use a mild shampoo and a strong conditioner — to clean your hair, but leave it hydrated and shiny, not dry and brittle — then blow-dry your hair with a round brush. Go over your hair with a flat iron for a couple of minutes all around your head to get your hair sleek straight.

Pinned Back

A short, pinned-back style is really simple, not to mention quick — it takes literally seconds to do — and it gets your hair out of the way so everyone can focus on your pretty face and hip glasses. Part your hair far to one side and pin back a section of hair on the side opposite your part, using a couple of bobby pins to hold the hair in place. Instead of leaving your bobby pins bare, slide a girly flower hair clip over top of them.

Spiky 'Do

Soft spikes look really cute and playful in super short hair. A little bit of pomade is all you need, and it's a chic style that gets your hair off of your face, so your glasses — and those pretty peepers of yours — are in full focus. Blend the pomade up between your hands and run your hands through your hair, starting on top so the product is focused there.

Banded

A simple hair accessory such as a headband can make all the difference and create a really cute, trendy hairdo. Flat iron over your hair, flipping it up slightly at the ends to create some volume. Wrap a headband around the front of your head. This style looks really cute with blunt bangs cut straight across your forehead.
