Workouts invigorate your body, but the sweat they produce does a number on your skin. Sweat clogs the pores on your body, producing pimples that pop up not only on the face, but the chest, back and butt. Prevent those red eruptions with sweat-fighting products, and get rid of the current ones with cleansers that dry out the pores.

1.

Keep hair off your face. If you have bangs, wear a headband that keeps the hair off your forehead.

2.

Wear cotton undies, especially during workouts. Cotton absorbs sweat to keep those embarrassing butt pimples at bay. Sprinkle talcum powder over areas of your skin prone to sweat pimples. The powder soaks up sweat beads before they can clog your pores.

3.

Wash your face or shower as soon as possible to keep sweat from clogging pores. Wash the pimples with a cleanser containing benzoyl peroxide. Using a damp washcloth, wash the skin with the cleanser. Avoid scrubbing, because that only aggravates the skin and may cause more pimples to pop up.

4.

After cleaning and drying with a towel, apply a water-based lotion, rather than an oil-based lotion, to your skin.
