How to Remove Scratches From Prada Sneakers

Overview

From head to toe, you love to look immaculate. So when your favorite pair of leather Prada sneakers gets scratched, it's a total fashion crisis. There's no way you'd toss out these beloved babies -- they cost an arm and a leg. But sporting them with scratches just isn't an option. Old, worn and ragged isn't the look you're going for. Don't despair, because covering minor scratches on your leather sneakers is so easy you'll feel silly for panicking in the first place.

1.

Wipe your shoes with a washcloth soaked in warm water. You want to get any dirt, dust or grime off the shoe and out of the scratches. Let your shoes dry.

2.

Dab a tiny bit of distilled white vinegar on the scratches. This makes the scratch swell so you can see it. Let the shoe dry.

3.

Rub leather shoe cream over the scratches. Use a cream that is one shade lighter than the color of your shoes. Let the shoe cream dry.

4.

Buff the leather with your soft shoe brush.
