Manic Panic hair dye can create bright, bold colors. From bold blue streaks to ravishing red hues and every color in between, this hair dye is fun to use. A quick removal of Manic Panic is super easy when you use a bleach cap. Just beware that a bleach cap can damage hair (just like any other chemical treatment). As long as you do the service only one time, your hair should be fine and ready for recoloring.

1.

Mix up a small amount of bleach with developer. You will need to use a few tablespoons of bleach powder and then mix in 20 volume (or more) developer until the consistency is smooth (similar to yogurt). Mix it up in a plastic dish or cup made for color.

2.

Add 3 tbsp. of shampoo to the mixture and stir up the mixture.

3.

Dampen hair with water (a squirt bottle works well for this) and then massage the mixture into hair. Twirl strands of hair in between your fingers to work the mixture into your tresses.

4.

Watch as the color starts to disappear from hair within minutes and then rinse, shampoo and condition once the color is faded to where you desire it.
