Glamorous eyes need high definition, and that means eyeliner. When major drama is the look you're after, make it happen with liquid eyeliner. Although liquid eyeliner takes a steady hand, the effort is worth it when you see how your eyes reach out and grab people. Liquid eyeliner isn't just for the upper lids, either. Line those lower lids, too, for eyes that do the talking.

Sit yourself down at a table with a mirror set up right in front of you. Although this is optional, you'll appreciate being able to rest your elbow on the table as you line your eyes. Get a few tissues for blotting.

Open the eyeliner and blot the applicator on the tissue to make sure it's not goopy.

Rest your elbow on the table and open your eye up wide.

Touch the tip of the applicator to your bottom eyelid just under the lash line. Start your line about one quarter of the way in from the inner corner and draw a thin and even line to the outer corner. Make the line get gradually thicker as it gets to the outer corner. Let the eyeliner dry.
5.
Repeat with the other eye, making the line look identical to the first eye.

Tips & Tricks
If you have trouble making a smooth and even line, make a few tiny dots along the lash line and connect them to make a line.
Some girls think liquid eyeliner on lower lashes looks too heavy. Soften it with a little eye shadow if you want to dial it back a smidge.
