Whether you hit the clubs every weekend or just once in a blue moon, you'll feel better about yourself as you dance the night away when you're looking your best. Getting dressed up with your pals is half the fun, after all. If you want to show some skin, focus on playing up one feature so you don't come off as desperate. Show a little cleavage, your back or your legs, but not everything all at once and you can achieve that glam and classy look.
Party Dress
Your party dress might have a simple mid-thigh, A-line cut with a striking metallic color. Or it might have flirty ruffles at the base and at the shoulders. Flimsy, barely-there sleeves keep you cool while looking hot all night. A chic bias cut with ruffles looks really trendy, especially with a one-shoulder or off-the-shoulder cut. Likewise, a dress with a few cut-away patches on the tummy or back looks super-sexy. A simple sheath dress works for club wear, too, especially if it comes in a bolder color like red or purple. If you don't want to bare a lot of leg, go with a dress that hits below the knee --- but remember that you'll be dancing, so it shouldn't be tight!
Jeans and Glitzy Blouse
Wear your skinny jeans and pair them with a dressy sleeveless blouse. Waist-high jeans are really sexy for clubbing, as long as you aren't constantly pulling them up. One-shoulder blouses or halter tops in bright colors or metallics rock the jeans look. For another trendy style, try a silky blouse with slits cut in elbow-length sleeves --- it might not reveal a lot, but the effect can be really alluring. A metallic belt adds some bling to your outfit too.
Short Skirt and Tights
Wear that short, multi-ruffled skirt you've been itching to put on. Whether it's made of denim or a dressier fabric, it's sure to add that extra touch of cuteness and funky style because it shimmies as you move. A simple short black skirt also looks hot for your night on the town. Wear a simple body-hugging blouse with super short sleeves, and pull on tights or leggings with a cool pattern or bold color. Try a pink shirt, denim skirt and purple tights, for example. Keeping the shirt and skirt solid-colored lets you wear any tights or leggings you want.
Basic Black
Make a stunning style statement wearing all black, with silvery touches. This look really works if you're ready to rock a bold shade of red lipstick --- the dark clothes will really bring out your facial features, not to mention make you look mysterious. Choose dark dress pants that fit well, with a little flare at the bottom. Grab a dark shirt with cut-away patches on the stomach area, or at your cleavage. Halters with long, loose ruffles hanging down past your waist are hot too. Silver jewelry jazzes up the look.
Extras
Whatever outfit you pick, wear the shoes you feel best in. If you feel comfy in high heels or platforms, go for it 0151 but if you can't dance in them, strap on low heels or flats instead. Choose accessories that won't get in your way as you dance such as a choker necklace, earrings or bracelets instead of a long beaded necklace. Carry a wrap or trendy jacket that matches your outfit, so you stay warm as you're club hopping in cooler weather.
