Your killer stilettos can make you look taller, slimmer and sexier, so it’s no wonder you want them to work overtime. Team your shoes up with the right outfit and make those gorgeous heels work for casual, off-duty chic or for the biggest party of the year. Keep your feet looking (and feeling) their best by wearing your stilettos all day or night, but never both. From a tailored suit to a seriously flirty party dress, every girl should have at least one pair of go-to stilettos in her closet that she can work with any outfit.

Tailoring

Team your super-high heels with some structured tailoring to add a feminine touch to your look. Wide-legged trousers, waistcoats and blazers are seriously hot right now, but a killer pair of heels will stop you from looking like you raided your man’s closet. Petite gals should team their heels with fitted, tapered trousers and a ruffled blouse to balance out proportions. If your stilettos are open-toed, skip this look for the office and wear it out for drinks instead.

Jeans

A skinny jean-and-heel combo is the ultimate smart-casual outfit when it comes to those “no idea what to wear” occasions. If you want to stay looking smart and chic, dark, skinny jeans and black patent stilettos are a foolproof option. Give lighter denim an added touch of glamour and team it with your killer stilettos. Wear your skinny jeans with a boyfriend blazer or biker jacket for a look that will take you from mall to bar in an instant.

Dresses

Nothing beats a fun, flirty party outfit quite like a dress and heels does. As a general rule, the shorter the hemline of your dress, the lower the heels should be. Keep your outfit classy and not trashy by opting for a dress with a longer hemline. A super-mini and heels can look like you've tried too hard. Try a chic, fitted, knee-length dress and sky-high heels for an effortlessly sophisticated look. Celebs such as Victoria Beckham know how to let their enviable heels take center stage by pairing them with a knee-length fitted dress.

Leggings

Don’t be fooled into thinking leggings should be reserved for casual days. Give your leggings an injection of sexiness and pair them with your super-high stilettos. Try black leggings, a long tee and killer heels for a daytime look with attitude. Make your look work for an evening out and try teaming your heels with leather-look or studded leggings instead.
