Girl, you've made a big fashion move and purchased a floral jumpsuit. This one-piece item is definitely a show-stopper thanks to its all-over print. Since you already have an outfit that's going to take center stage, pick shoes that complement your look without stealing focus. That means going for something sleek in a solid color. No bulky shoes wanted -- the volume of your jumpsuit is enough for one outfit.

Pump

Ah, the pump. You can't get more classic than this old standby. It goes with absolutely everything-- including a floral jumpsuit. A pump is also a great way for a short gal to elongate her legs. Go for one that's open-toed or a super strappy style for a warm spring or summer evening. Try a classic version in shiny patent leather for a night causing trouble about town. Cut-outs are OK, but skip cutesy adornments such as jewels or studs -- they'll only clutter your outfit. Slip on a neutral colored pair in black or tan for a more subdued look. Or, choose a pair that matches one of the colors in your jumpsuit's floral print.

Flat

The flat is for the gal who's naturally leggy or the shortie who's satisfied with being small in stature. Wearing a flat shoe with a jumpsuit feels way more casual than a shoe with a heel, making it great for weekend romps or a day full of errands. The options of pretty pairings are endless when it comes to flats. Rock a pretty ballet flat in leather or canvas for a really laid back vibe. In warmer months, indulge in your jumpsuit's bohemian vibe by pairing it with a huarache or a gladiator sandal. Just like with the pump, choose a flat in a solid color.

Wedge

Don't ignore the fact that a jumpsuit has a very obvious retro vibe. Indulge in it with a wedge sandal. Beware though, pairing this style shoe with a floral printed jumpsuit may immediately make you feel like you're being transported back to the '70s. Opt for a stacked wooden heel or one that's woven. Choose from canvas, leather and even wool wedges with a closed or peep toe. The real beauty of a wedge is that it gives you a few extra inches of leg without making you feel totally dressed up. Skip wedges with patterns, bedazzling or those that have ankle straps -- it's just too much extra to pair with an already bold ensemble.

Bootie

Give your jumpsuit a rock and roll edge with a bootie. A bootie usually has a body that hits just below the ankle, making it the perfect edgy hybrid. Opt for a closed or peep toe version. Wear a stiletto bootie for a hip rooftop soiree. Or, flaunt a stacked heel for brunch with the gals. Lace-up booties or versions with sexy cut-outs are both viable options. However, patterns and too many adornments can make it look like you got dressed in the dark. Pick a pair that matches one of the colors in your jumpsuit.
