Who doesn't love a sundress? They're comfy, chic, pretty, and are a fab way to ring in the springtime. Your sundress looks amazing as is, but that doesn't mean that you can't add a little extra to it. If you want to wear a shirt under your sundress, find one that'll complement your look.
If you want to make your sundress look a little more casual, try throwing a basic tee on under it. Make sure that your shirt isn't too baggy so you don't look super-bulky when you slip your dress on top of it. If your dress is printed or colorful, try sticking to basic shades like whites, blacks and grays.
Some sundresses are a little low-cut. If you don't want to show off too much cleavage, try a camisole to keep your look more conservative. It's a fantastic option if you're wearing your dress to work. Instead of only rocking your low-cut sundress outside the office, let your frock work double-duty with your cute little cami.
Ever wished you could wear your sundress in the fall and winter? Well, you can. Warm yours up by slipping a turtleneck on under it. It's super cute, totally chic, and gives your summer dress much more mileage. Keep the rest of your body warm by opting for thick tights or leggings on bottom, boots on your tootsies, and, if it's really chilly out, top it all off with a chunky cardigan or leather jacket.
Turtlenecks aren't the only long-sleeved tops you can wear under your sundress. If it's just a little bit chilly, try a longer tee. It's the same concept as your T-shirt but just covers your arms up a little bit more. A fitted sweater made out of thinner material is a fab alternative to your turtleneck if you want to switch it up a little bit. Style it exactly as you did with your turtleneck for a look that's just as chic and warm.
