Need a hairstyle to match arched eyebrows that say "back off"? Or how about a shiny 'do to coordinate with your tinted lip gloss? Then savvy up to the hairstyles of R&B crooner Jojo. Her saucy looks suggest that she doesn't step foot within range of a camera until every strand is in place. But you can't take just one tip and leave the rest, or you'll wind up with hair that's "too little, too late."

Styles

Jojo's styles have morphed gradually from her cutesy early teen years into her more refined 20s. But whether she's crooning at a concert or strutting her stuff on the red carpet, each style maintains the same long length, a side part, and gentle curls or waves. So if you're short on hair, then you're also short on luck -- unless you feel up to getting extensions. But if you've got long hair and a fat curling iron handy, you're good to go. Just run it through big hunks of hair to get that Victoria's Secret-type curl that bounces every time your stiletto heel hits the pavement.

Bangs

You haven't got a prayer for channeling Jojo's hairstyles unless you're sporting angled bangs. Short or long, chunky or thin, Jojo's bangs always feature a sleek, side-swept curve. Part those babies on the right side of your head, just above the arch in your eyebrow. Carry the part across the entire top of your noggin to give the same illusion of an even thicker bang like hers. Plaster them flat against your forehead for Jojo's occasional super-straight look, or curl them into a bouncy wave for her more common curly styles.

Color

Unlike other celebrity attention hogs, Jojo stays fairly conservative with her color. Perhaps she doesn't want to ruin her hair with multiple coloring and de-colorizing sessions, or maybe she doesn't want to wake up each morning to greet a different version of herself in the mirror. At any rate, her color choices make it easy for you to keep up. Demand that your stylist give you a velvety caramel base with blonde highlights and a hint of brown lowlights, and you'll be a Jojo clone in no time flat.

Finishing Touches

Jojo's hairstyles ain't gonna look near as glamorous on you unless you follow a few must-know tricks. Spray a thermal protector on your hair before flat ironing or curling hair to help prevent heat damage, which is often the smoking gun when it comes to dry frizzies, split ends and hair breakage. Finish off with an overdose of Jojo's enviable shine by slathering on some glossing serum or misting your hair with shine spray after styling it.
