Every girl has days when wearing jeans and sneakers just feels right. Sure, you love getting all dolled up sometimes for those fancy events, but there are other times when you just want to relax and be comfortable. Jeans and sneakers definitely make the right combo, but you have to wear the right style of jeans so you look chic and stylish, not schlumpy..

Skinny

Skinny jeans are the tightest, most fitted type of jeans you can wear. That makes them an ideal choice if you want to rock your fave pair of sneaks with them. They're fitted all the way down the leg so they don't bunch up and get in the way of your sneakers. Wearing a hot pair of skinny jeans, you not only get to show off your shoes, but also your foxy figure. Opt for a dark wash jean to really elongate and slim your legs.

Boot Cut

You can rock a pair of boot cut jeans with sneakers. The leg on this style of jean is wider than on skinnies; instead of being fitted to your leg all the way down, these jeans are fitted through the thigh and turn into almost a straight leg on the bottom half. Boot cut jeans make your legs look long and lean, and they're a better choice if you have wider hips to even out your body proportion.

Boyfriend

Boyfriend jeans are casual and loose-fitting, making them a fab style of jeans to wear with sneakers. Whether you're headed out to run some errands for the day or just want comfortable jeans that don't feel like they're painted on, boyfriend jeans make a good choice. Some have more of a boot cut fit at the leg, while others are flared out a bit more. Try out a few different pairs to see which is most flattering on your body type. Remember, the jeans are fitted through the leg but need to fit you snugly around the waist. You're not going for a droopy-drawers look here.

Cuffed

If you have a favorite pair of jeans you want to wear but they're too long or a bit too flared at the bottom and you don't like the way they look, roll up the cuffs. Simply by rolling the bottoms of your jeans up a couple of times, you instantly change the look of them and pull them up away from your sneakers so they're not covering them up.
