The Best Invisible Bra

If you're planning to wear a backless number to your next cocktail party, night at the club or red carpet event, you'll need a bra that disappears under the barest of dresses. While a convertible bra will work under a low-backed dress, an invisible bra is essential for a true backless style. Show off your back and keep the girls looking their best with invisible bra options.

How Invisible Bras Work

Invisible bras rely on silicone adhesive to keep bra cups in place. These aren't the sticky, disposable options of a decade ago. Today's invisible bras give you lift, support and cleavage. You can wear a good-quality invisible bra over and over, as long as you care for it properly. If you're between an A cup and a C cup, adding an invisible bra to your wardrobe can eliminate many strap worries.

The NuBra

"Glamour" magazine recommends the NuBra. The NuBra relies upon silicone to stick two individual bra cups into place. The cups connect in the center with a low, small clasp to bring your breasts together for captivating cleavage. Don't expect the NuBra to fit like a traditional bra. While it covers the nipples and provides lift, it doesn't cup the breasts like a typical bra. According to Linda the Bra Lady, the NuBra comes in sizes from A to E; however, the larger your bust, the less support you'll have.

The Perks Adhesive Bra

If you'd like more coverage, the "InStyle" and "OK" magazine-recommended Perks Adhesive Bra provides lift and keeps side spillage to a minimum. The Perks bra is a push-up style with adhesive cups, available in sizes A to C. While you can wear the Perks bra as a totally invisible strapless style, clear straps and multiple convertible strap positions allow for additional support and security. Unlike the NuBra, the Perks Adhesive Bra doesn't have a clasp. The cups connect with a small strip of clear silicone.

Busty and Backless

If you're a curvy girl, a stick-on bra may not be the best choice for your body. You can still opt for a daring backless style, but you'll need a longline bra instead of a pair of backless cups. Longline bras have traditional underwire cups, supported by a boned bodice. The bra fastens in the back. Make sure that the longline bra you choose disappears under your dress.
