Sexy lingerie tops the charts of bridal shower conversational pieces. Yet, purchasing bras and panties for someone other than yourself can be difficult. The best gifts are hanging pieces that can be easily pulled from the closet during a fit of passion. Forgo obtaining a cup size or specific body measurements and choose flowing bodices or stretchy silhouettes instead. Upon unwrapping, your gift becomes the main attraction of the party, providing as much fascination as the highly racy teddy.
Babydoll
A babydoll, as the name suggests, is a flirty short nightie. The babydoll style incorporates a princess cut, fitted through the top and tapering out below the waist. Not intended for sleeping or as a support garment, the body stocking provides a backdrop for sexual fantasies. Presenting this gift contributes to bridal shower entertainment and amuses the adventurous bride. Choose a modest variety if you are worried about offending some shower guests.
Negligee
For a more versatile and less provocative gift, choose a sheer, lace trimmed negligee. Often lingerie shops sell negligees paired with robes.
