You probably know that wearing certain clothes and colors can make you look thinner, but the right haircut can, too. Just by cutting your coif in a certain way, you can make it appear like you've lost a few pounds, which is often advantageous if you are a full-figured fox. The next time you get your hair done, make sure you get face-slimming features.
Style
Although straight cuts, like bobs, look super chic on some gals, they aren't the right style for full-figured women. They only make your face look full and round, which is likely not the look you are going for. Instead, stick with long layers. They elongate your face, making it look longer and narrower. Long layers also add volume to your hair, which balances out the fullness in your face.
Bangs
Bangs can make your face look sleek and sexy, as long as you are choosy with the type you flaunt. Side-swept bangs soften your face and give you a sexy, playful vibe. Bangs cut straight across your face only accentuate its width, which makes it look fuller. The side bangs break up the full appearance of your face and also accentuate your cheekbones, leaving you looking stunning.
Part
Believe it or not, the way you part your hair can have a serious effect on just how full your face looks. Middle parts bring the attention to your forehead, which only shows off the width of your mug. Deep side parts are the most flattering to your face, as they downplay your face's roundness. Side parts also make your face look longer, which counteracts its width.
Volume
One of the worst things a gal with a full face can do is have flat hair. Not only does it just look blah, but it increases the appearance of your face's fullness. Instead, go for some volume up top by adding a root lifter to the roots of your wet hair and aiming your blow dryer right towards them. The oomph on the top of your head draws attention to your eyes and also makes your face look longer and, ultimately, slimmer.
