Get swept away with cute side-swept bang styles. Medium length hair with a fab bang to frame the face looks totally stylish, but sometimes it's tough to figure out how to switch up your look. If you fall into this category, learn a few stylish looks that'll work perfectly for your hair.
Perfect Blow Out
A good blow out is a fantastic way to rock your side-swept bangs. After you wash your hair, add a bit of smoothing cream to tame frizz. Then dry your hair completely using a blow dryer and a round brush. You'll want to create a full, voluminous look with your hair gently bent under. After you've dried your locks, pull out a flat iron. Flat iron your bangs to the side. Keep 'em straight for a more modern look.
Chignon
Your medium length hair is long enough to pull into a chic low chignon. Use your swept bangs to frame your face, so brush your bangs over to the side and leave them. Pull the rest of your hair into a low ponytail. Twist your pony until it falls into a bun shape and secure it with a few bobby pins.
Big Bouncy Curls
Big voluminous curls look very cute with short bang-swept hair. Claire Danes worked the style at the 2010 Primetime Emmy Awards. Just use a large barrel curling iron to create full curls and run a brush though your locks to loosen them up a bit. Top off with some hairspray for hold, and you're ready for your close-up!
Blunt Bangs
Wear your bangs and your hair super straight. It's a fab way to make your look totally modern. Just blow dry hair your straight. Then take a flat iron to smooth out and fully straighten your locks. Add a bit of shine spray to make your tresses really glisten. Just make sure if you're going to rock this style that you have a fresh, even cut. Otherwise, your hair will just look slovenly.
