Before you roll out of bed and hit the streets with nary a brush touching your hair, claiming that bedhead is "in," take note: Not all bedhead styles were created equal. There is a major difference between hair that is styled in loose, chic waves and hair that is flying all over the place, and you don't want to be the latter. In order to have your locks be the envy of the party, rather than tomorrow's fashion faux pas, give your bedhead some much-needed love and attention.

1.

Spray your just-woke-up bedhead locks with a generous helping of sea salt spray. Sea salt spray adds body and definition, so it will hold your hair in place, but also make it look slightly dirty (in a good way) and "not done up."

2.

Tousle your hair with your hands to get the spray all over your head.

3.

Turn your blow dryer on full blast, at any temperature setting, and blow dry hair to allow salt spray to set.

4.

Run your hands through your hair again to muss it up so your locks aren't too perfectly blown.

Things You'll Need

1.Sea salt spray

2.Blow dryer

Tips & Tricks

If your hair is very curly, wavy or frizzy, apply a frizz serum before the spray to keep the frizz under control. In general: Waves and mess equal good, and flyaways equal bad.
