Your hubby is coming home early, and you want to really spice things up. As you dig through your drawers looking for that perfect pair of panties, you realize all you have is the basic, plain old lingerie. With the day young, you can add some special touches of "wow" that will make your plain lingerie speak volumes. Add some creative life to your lingerie and make his jaw drop.

Pick out the added special effects you want to add to your plain lingerie from a local hobby shop. From lace and rhinestones to beads or extra fabric patches, design a custom look to make him smile.

Use the tread and needle to sew a border of lace to the upper top of the two cups of your plain bra. Start at the armpit and work your way to the center of the bra. Cut the lace and finish the threading with a finish knot at the end. Complete the other cup exactly the same way. Keep the seam hidden behind the original seam of the bra.

Add the lace treatment to the panties to mirror your bra. On the panty line that follows along your waist, sew the lace border along that edge to create a semi-transparent peek show.

Add some seductive color by dying the lingerie a sexy, siren red or beautiful, sensual black. Add the dye to your washing machine per the instructions and get ready for some uber amazing lingerie.

Glue a series of rhinestone patterns on the right or left front of the panties, then coordinate that look on top by adding that same rhinestone design to the lower, outside section of one of the cups of your bra. Multiple, creative rhinestone designs and patterns exist, and you can easily apply them with glue, or you can go totally original and glam it up by adding rhinestones separately as you desire.
