Long Hair Bobby Pin Style
1.
Work mousse through your dry hair, just enough to add control and texture to your mane. Concentrate the mousse along the length of your hair to help it hold a curl.
2.
Comb or brush your hair to detangle.
3.
Curl your hair with the hot rollers or a curling iron, making plentiful curls all around your head. Don't brush out the curls when you finish curling.
4.
Pull your hair into a high ponytail on the top of your head and secure it with an elastic band. Pull a few tendrils out of the elastic band to soften the look around your face.
5.
Separate a curl section in the ponytail and arrange the curl on the top of your head. Pin the curl with one or two bobby pins.
6.
Take each curl separately and pin them to the top of your head with bobby pins. Keep working until you get all your hair piled high on the top of your head.
7.
Spritz the style with hair spray to hold it.
Short Hair Bobby Pin Style
1.
Work mousse through your dry hair to tame flyaways and make it twist more easily.
2.
Comb or brush your hair to detangle.
3.
Section a 1- to 2-inch small section of hair at the top of your head at the hairline. Comb the hair section to smooth it then twist the hair two to three times tightly against your scalp. Secure the twist with one or two bobby pins.
4.
Make similar sections all over your head, twist each section and pin it tightly with bobby pins. This is a fierce way to achieve an "updo" effect when you have short hair.
5.
Spritz the style with hair spray to hold it.
