Channel your inner fox in smooth and sophisticated grey. A smoky-hued dress plays for morning presentations and time spent with the girls after work. Exactly how foxy you want to look all depends on the style of dress and what you pair with it -- particularly in terms of color. Feeling demure? Match up sweet pink with your sophisticated grey. Daring to be more fashionably risqué? Go for it with lush red or vivacious purple.
Pink and grey is a low-key color combo, but one that is nonetheless stylish and sweet. Perhaps you aren't feeling like the showstopper and just want to look...nice. Bring out your inner good girl in a grey dress paired with light pink pumps, a pink patterned belt and pearl jewelry. Of course, if the devilish side of you just can't be stamped out, turn that pale pink to super sexy pizzazz and substitute hot pink in its place.
Purple just screams vivacious and so will you once you jazz up your grey dress with this bright hue. Wear purple flats with a simpler grey number and purple and silver accessories. You could also do varying shades of purple -- meaning darker purple flats and more of a lilac accessory theme, both of which complement the neutrality of the grey.
Grey might be a more subtle color, but you are not a subtle kind of gal. Your red accessories show that, so go all out with it. Wear a grey dress with super high red strappy stilettos (bonus points for toes lacquered in a yummy cherry red to match) and chunky red jewelry. Wrap a belt around your waist if your dress is kind of loose and cinch it just a little to play up your curves.
There's serious big-city style going on with this combo. Try a knee-length grey dress with your favorite pair of knee-high black boots. The boots should either have a chunky or stiletto heel. Pair the combo with some silver hoops and simple silver bangles. Add a color shot with a patterned scarf that includes the black and grey of your outfit, but another color as well.
