As the blonde bombshell that you are, you know you can wear any swimsuit and rock it like a supermodel, but you want to look extra hot this year. What's the best way to do that? Put some thought into the decision of the color of your swimsuit, so you can choose one that suits your blonde hair. To show off your blonde locks in all their glory, there are a few certain colors in particular that work really well.

Black

If you're trying to find a good color of swimsuit to wear and the summer season is fast-approaching, take a darker turn with black. Black works especially well on girls with a cool skin tone -- and against light blonde hair it's especially stunning. A note of caution: It can make you look a bit washed out if you have a warm skin tone. It's the darkest color there is; your blonde hair looks ultra light against it and really pops. Black is also slimming, creating the illusion of a long, lean silhouette. Heading out to the swimsuit store ASAP now, are you?

Red

From a bright cherry color to the deeper cranberry and burgundy shades, red looks ravishing with blonde hair. It's a bold, bright color and it's one of the contrasting colors to blonde so the colors look extra bold and bright against each other. Red as a color is always eye-catching anyway, and against your pretty blonde hair it's extra lovely. Flaunt your bod in a red monokini or sexy two-piece the next time you're at the beach. To really look your best, choose an orange-red or deep red shade if you have a warm skin tone; go for a red with blue undertones if you have a cool skin tone.

Green

As a blonde beauty, green is a prime color choice for your next swimsuit. Green is a complementary color to blonde hair -- check out a color wheel and note how yellow is beside green. Especially if you have green eyes, a suit in the same color family really plays off your eyes and hair together, showing off the knockout that you are. Choose a lighter green shade if you have a cool skin tone, or a deeper, jewel-tone of green for you warm-skinned women.

Yellow

Yellow can be another complementary color against blonde hair. Girls with warm skin tones look bright and delightful in this shade, but cool-skinned girls be warned -- not so much. For you warm gals, yellow will bring out the rich yellow undertones in blonde, making your locks look lighter and brighter than ever. It's such a happy, vibrant, sunshiny color -- you know all eyes are going to be on you when you're making the rounds around the beach patio. Whether you opt for a bright yellow one-piece or an itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka-dot bikini, you're sure to make a splash.
