When you're wearing your best colors, the whole world will know it. Medium skin -- this includes a range of golden, olive and tan shades -- and hazel eyes make a warm, well-balanced pair. Your match-made-in-heaven hues will give your complexion a creamy glow and your hazel gaze some major pop.

Hair Colors

Since your tresses surround -- and ideally frame -- your face, your hair color can make or break your overall look. The hottest hair hue for you will complement both your skin tone and your eye color. Generally, most medium skin tones tend to have warm undertones. Hazel eyes are also warm. So golden-based hair colors will flatter you best. To go blonde, try dark blonde or caramel. If you're going brunette, opt for mahogany or chocolate shades. Want to be a redhead? A copper color will give you a glow.

Clothes and Makeup: Bright

Look on the bright side: Colors with plenty of pop will light up your skin and intensify your eyes. Play up the golden tones in your hazel peepers with yellow-based eye shadows: Anything from amber to copper, from saffron to true sunshine yellow. Bright watermelon or fresh rosy shades on the lips and cheeks give medium skin a believable flush. Keep your wardrobe stocked with shades of marigold, jade, turquoise and purple.

Clothes and Makeup: Neutral

Never mind the notion the neutrals are boring. The fact is, as long as you choose the right nude shades for your natural coloring, they'll actually look creamy and polished. Try brushing soft earth-toned shadows over your lids -- think wheat, sand or honey -- to subtly define your hazel eyes. Medium skin can pull off a true taupe lipstick -- a glossy formula with peach undertones is the most flattering. Reach for outfits in colors such as camel, khaki, soft gray and peach.

Clothes and Makeup: Rich

Medium skin can handle a wide range of deep, rich colors -- lucky you! Nothing makes hazel eyes glow like some shimmering jewel-toned shadow. Feel free to play around with pure amethyst, dark garnet, cool jade or mysterious emerald, or bling it up with gold. Ready to power up your pout? With your complexion, you can rock a true red. Then slip into something aubergine, evergreen, chocolate brown or deep rose.
