How Can I Wear a Phiten Necklace as a Bracelet?

Overview

With the help of phiten, high-stepping, strong ladies can look good and relieve joint pain at the same time. Phiten cords are saturated with titanium, giving them the ability to encourage blood flow when you wear them. Since the necklaces are versatile, you can wear them around your neck, wrists and ankles, bringing more blood to those areas. Increased blood flow means less joint pain and less joint pain means a hotter, more active you.

Wrapped Bracelet

1.

Pinch in the sides of your phiten necklace clasp. It should be a plastic, rectangular clasp. Pinch where the rectangle curves inward.

2.

Wrap the cord up to four times around your wrist or ankle. Make sure the cord isn't too tight; you should be able to move and twist your joint freely. Cutting off the circulation in the painful area defeats the purpose.

3.

Click the clasp back together. It should fit snugly around your wrist. If it feels too loose, pull up one of the coils and twist it to make a loop. Slip the loop over one of your fingers or toes for an eternity bracelet.

Crocheted Bracelet

1.

Unclasp your necklace. Pinch the cord about two inches from the left clasp. Pinch the cord with your other hand about two inches away from that. Bring your right hand to the left and your left hand to the right so the sides of the cords cross in a loop. The right side of the cord should be on top.

2.

Reach through the loop with your fingers. Grab the right side of the cord right below the loop and tug a half-inch section through the loop. Tug the left side of the cord to tighten.

3.

Keep weaving loops through each other this way until you reach two inches before the right clasp. The bracelet should now fit comfortably around your wrist or ankle.
