Natural curls can sometimes be a hassle but they can also lend themselves to super-cute, romantic and even trendy hairstyles. If you're got tons of curls and want to know how to style them, look no further. There are plenty of incredibly awesome hairstyles for curly haired gals.

Curly Chignon

Curly locks look fantastic in a slightly messy chignon. The curls create volume, which makes the French-inspired bun style look all the more chic. To get the look simply pull hair back into a ponytail and secure it with an elastic band. Twist the pony until it falls into a bun shape and secure it with bobby pins. Let stray tendrils hang loose. If you want to create a really loose, curly bun, skip the ponytail. Just pull hair back and twist it and pin it without tying it first.

Embellished Curls

A headband is a fab way to accent your full, natural curls. AnnaLynne McCord, star of the CW show "90210" pulls this trend off perfectly by sticking a thin, double banded, Grecian-inspired headband right at the crown of her head, letting her curly locks hang loose in front of and behind the hair accessory.

Faux-Bob

Work a little old-school Hollywood glamor into the life of your hair with a faux-bob. To get the look, tuck your curly locks loosely under and secure them at the nape of the neck with bobby pins. Let pieces of hair at the top hang loose. No need to perfectly pin the whole style under. Actually it looks best when there are a few pieces hanging free. And, just like that you've got a fab bob that didn't even require a trip to the salon.

Side Pony

The side pony is another style that straight-haired ladies will go through the trouble of creating curls for. Skip all the work and elbow grease and rock this look with your natural curls. It couldn't be any simpler. Just pull your hair to the side and secure it with an elastic band. Let stray hairs hang where they may. If you're worried about frizz throughout the day, add a little hairspray and you're all set.
