1.
Wash your face to remove oils and surface dirt. Pat your face dry gently with a towel. Apply facial lotion to your face, if you desire.
2.
Apply the foundation to your face. If you're using a powder foundation, apply it with a large Kobuki brush, dusting it evenly over your entire face and neck. If you're using a cream foundation, apply it with a sponge or with your fingertips, spreading it evenly.
3.
Add the blush over your cheekbones. Gypsies wear dramatic blush, so don't skimp here. Make your cheekbones stand out with lots of color, sweeping it from the apples of your cheeks up to your temples. Blend the blush lightly with the Kobuki brush.
4.
Load a light gray eye shadow in a matte finish onto the flat eye shadow brush. Apply this gray color to both eyelids from your eyelashes up to your eyebrows.
5.
Load a darker, charcoal gray eye shadow color onto the eye shadow brush. Apply this darker gray color to the creases of your eyelids. Touch the brush to your creases at the height of the crease (mid-point of your eyes) and sweep the brush along the entire crease until you reach the outer point of your eyes. Blend the color slightly with the brush.
6.
Dip the eye shadow brush into a rosy red eye shadow color and add this color to the inner corners of your eyes. Blend the red eye shadow with the darker gray eye shadow using the eye shadow brush.
7.
Line your eyes with the eyeliner pencil. Start applying the eyeliner at the inner corners of your upper lashes and extend it out to the outer point of your eyes. Apply the eyeliner to your lower lashes also, starting at the inner corners and extending it to the outer corners. Create little wings at the outer corners of your eyes for extra drama by extending the eyeliner line out about 3/8 inch.
8.
Apply two to three coats of mascara to your upper and lower eyelashes to make them long and thick.
9.
Coat your lips with a luscious and shiny red lip color.
10.
Make a fake beauty mark with the eyeliner pencil. Place it on your cheek or on your chin -- not too big, just a touch of the pencil to your skin.
